Kushi-Dango (literally: skewered dumplings) is a very popular traditional rice dish that is also eaten and prepared in today's increasingly globalized Japan.

It can also be easily prepared by children and comes in a wide variety of flavours, whether traditional ones or very modern ones. This dish not only appears, for example, in the lyrics of popular children's songs, but even in video clips of J-pop hits. Thus, it is fair to say that the motif of Kushi-Dango is strongly anchored in the soul of the Japanese, along with wonderful childhood memories that are not just obsessed with game consoles. We cook some vegan, traditional variations together: Several savoury variations and several sweet ones. Served with seaweed salad and green tea. All low in fat and vegan.
