Human rights activists from Brazil and Salzburg in dialogue

What does human rights work look like in Brazil and Salzburg? What challenges do activists face locally? And what can they learn from each other?

In this intercultural discussion, activists from both regions will come together to exchange experiences, strategies, and visions. The discussion will highlight how global solidarity and local responsibility interact and what influence activism has on society and on the reality of people's lives. The event takes place on International Human Rights Day. In addition, the “Rose of Human Rights” will be awarded – a prize for outstanding commitment in Salzburg to the protection of human dignity and disadvantaged groups.
